Sun Valley Resort

Top-class staff, it was really nice stay.

The hotel was incredibly beautiful and placed in a historic-style building. Greatly enjoyed our rooms with excellent views. Booked the property for its stunning and wonderful location adjacent to the restaurants and Sun Valley. Went to Lodge Bowling Alley for drink or two, set not too far away from the hotel.

our stay was a very nice experience. the place was clean and we loved grand room. hotel's location was amazing, on the mountains. and it was also so close to sun valley lodge as well as alice lake.

The resort has an really good location with fine natural beauty. There are tons of activities to keep you busy, and the easy access plus plenty of parking made getting around easy. I loved the charming ambiance of the historic lodge. Kudos to brianna at konditorei for her amazing service, she.

Really good grounds with beautiful swans, flowers, and Adirondack chairs create a perfect outdoor ambiance. The Inn Traditional Queen Room was spacious and tastefully decorated, contributing to a pleasant stay. The ease of check-in and check-out was appreciated, as well as the variety of activities available. One downside was the limited dining options, and the freshness of the cookies varied throughout the stay. The hotel's layout made some areas less accessible.

The kids loved the heated outdoor pool, but our room change was frustrating.

This was a fitting option for a quick trip in Sun Valley with very nice value for money. The older buildings had their charm and our smaller room was still well appointed and cozy. If you can, stay for more than one night to enjoy all the activities offered.

Fine views and really good activities!

The lodge's various activities kept me entertained, from ice skating to exploring nature trails. The staff offered attentive service, especially at the restaurant, where the meals were delicious and well-presented. I did notice that the check-in process could be improved for a smoother arrival experience.

The room was pretty spacious and had a recent upgrade with new shower and carpet. Everything felt fresh. The layout was a bit awkward. The bathroom setup was kinda odd, with the toilet separated from the shower. Made it weird for privacy! It was decent but could use a better design in that area.

Great kids' club and heated pool, but parking was a bit chaotic.

During my stay, I appreciated the really good location and beautiful grounds, which created a serene atmosphere. The charming ambiance of the historic lodge was a highlight. Lots of activities for kids kept us entertained, especially the nearby sled hill that was a massive hit with the family. The initial check-in experience was less than stellar, as the staff could have been more welcoming.

We had a blast at the heated pool and loved the movie theater. The bowling alley was a hit with the kids, and the sled hill provided endless fun!

Cozy lodge, beautiful surroundings, the heated swimming pool was a highlight that offered a refreshing experience, while the friendly check-in service made arriving easy.

Could use better maintenance on room amenities.

The food selection was great. the premium king room was huge and had a see-through fireplace. - the location was beautiful, with a short walk to Sun Valley, the mountain, slopes, and downtown Ketchum.
